How much does it cost?

Once an in-depth discovery meeting has taken place with you, a tailored plan will be put together for your specific needs and a full quote will be provided.

 

How long do I have to sign up for?

This is your choice. You can use our services for a specific one-off project, or you can use our services, monthly, quarterly, six monthly or annually.

 

What happens if I am not happy with the work provided?

In the unlikely event that this was to happen, we would arrange further consultation with you to gain a better understanding of your needs. We will make sure you are completely satisfied with the outcome and pride ourselves on getting it right!

 

If I want the same task repeated on a regular basis, will I need to show you what is required each time?

No, if we have completed the work previously, we are able to replicate this for you. If you wish to amend any details, we will need confirmation of this beforehand.

 

What branding will be used when dealing with clients or contacts on our behalf?

If you provide authorisation, we are happy to use your brand name. However, we are also happy to use ours if you prefer when undertaking work on your behalf. The choice is yours.

 

What are your payment terms?

We have a standard 14-day payment term. All businesses will be credit checked prior to us undertaking any work.

 

I am not sure what we need, can you help us explore this?

Yes, during our discovery meeting, our team will help you work through areas where you need our support and will advise.

 

Is there a fee associated with the discovery meeting?

No, this is free of charge.

 

Do you provide legal advice?

No, we are not lawyers. We recommend that you gain legal advice from an appropriate law firm.

 

Do I have to meet at your offices?

No, we will come to you, or we can meet you off-site if you prefer. We can also provide online meetings such as Zoom.

 

Is the work completed off-site or onsite?

The work is usually carried out off-site, however, we can tailor our services to meet your needs.

 

Do you provide Human Resources templates such as a Code of Conduct?

Our team will work alongside you to create a bespoke template to suit your unique business operations.

Do you provide support for our staff if they are made redundant?

Yes, we can provide direction for you as a business going through this process and provide initial support for the individual. We can also potentially work with the individual to assist in CV and interview preparation if you would like us too.

 

What security measures are in place to protect my information and data?

We are happy to sign a confidentiality statement before work commences. We will endeavor to use password protected documents to ensure your data privacy. Everything we do is strictly confidential and is only shared with the consultants that are working with you.

 

How do you ensure privacy and confidentiality when working with clients that could be competitors?
An NDA can be completed and signed if required.

 

Who will provide the advice or support to us?
We employ a wide range of specialists who will support you within their field of expertise. For example, if you require business strategy support as well as support in interviewing candidates for a role, we recommend that you may benefit from working with more than one of our consultants. This working model will allow you to save money in accordance with the level of support that you require.
